How to Apply for Articulation

For High School Instructors Only

  1. Create an account if you have not done so already.
  2. Log in to your account and submit a new agreement request. You do not need to acquire signatures until your articulation is approved.
  3. You will be notified by e-mail when a decision has been made on your application, or if changes need to be made.
  4. You may check the status of your application at any time by logging on to your account.
  5. We suggest that instructors submit applications as early in the semester as possible. The approval process may be lengthy, and having time to familiarize students with the process is most beneficial for a successful outcome.
